    We understand that things happen. We're happy to help you out, in this situation please Contact Us. & Consider never missing a payment when you set up auto-pay from your Online Portal.

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Login to your Online Portal. On the right hand of the screen is the Request Maintenance option. In the case of an emergency, please contact the rental office.

  • I want to get a pet! What steps do I need to take?

    We love pets! Before getting your pet, you will need to Contact our office. Please give us a call at 701.566.8445 and talk to our Resident Relations Manager about adding a furry friend to your family!

  • Who do I contact in case of emergency? (ie: fire, water leak, no heat)

    As a general reminder, Prolific texts are not monitored after hours (8A-5P M-F). If you need emergency maintenance assistance please call us at 701-566-8445 and our on-call team will forward you to one of our team members.
