Our properties in Jamestown, Wahpeton, and Mayville are Pet Friendly and welcome cats, dogs, and fish.

- There is a $25/month/pet Fee
To ensure a positive experience at our properties for everyone, please practice common courtesy:
- We provide Pet-Waste Stations at select properties to aid in the removal of pet waste, Please clean up after your pet & properly dispose of waste
- Always leash your pet
- Report any unattended mess to the rental office
Breed Restrictions,
Unfortunately, these dogs breeds cannot reside at the property and are restricted:
- Akita
- Chow
- Doberman Pinscher
- Presa Canario
- Pitbull
- Rottweiler
- Staffordshire Bull Terrier
- Wolf Hybrid
- Any mixture of the above breed of dogs
Additionally, exotic pets will not be allowed on any Prolific-managed property. Examples of exotic pets include Pythons or Rattlesnakes.
