How do I submit a maintenance request?

Login to your Online Portal. On the right hand of the screen is the Request Maintenance option. In the case of an emergency, please contact the rental office.
I want to get a pet! What steps do I need to take?

We love pets! Before getting your pet, you will need to Contact our office. Please give us a call at 701.566.8445 and talk to our Resident Relations Manager about adding a furry friend to your family!
Who do I contact in case of emergency? (ie: fire, water leak, no heat)
