When renting with Prolific we are here to make the application process easy. We gladly encourage questions and are always here to walk you from step to step to make sure your residency is seamless!

All you need to fill out an application,all online.
There is a One-time Application Fee of $39 for each adult over 18 planning to live in the unit.
We screen all of our applicants and as such, we charge an application fee to cover costs associated with the process.
